At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
